If you are already working in healing, coaching, education, wellness or spiritual leadership—or you feel deeply called towards this work for youself or others—the Lioness Pathway was created for you.

This is for women who know there is a deeper level of wisdom, confidence and impact available to them. Women who are ready to stop piecing together shallow, clichéd, fragmented teachings and instead follow one coherent, integrated pathway that transforms both their own lives and the lives of those they serve.

No.

Whether you are just beginning your journey or have years of experience, the Lioness Pathway meets you where you are.

The Pathway includes many other energy-healing techniques and the program is designed to progressively deepen your understanding, strengthen your confidence and help you ground the energy-work at a much deeper level. Many experienced practitioners tell us they finally found the framework that connected everything they had learnt before.

Absolutely.

The Lioness Pathway is not a beginner course. It is a sophisticated integration of ancient wisdom, modern psychology, practical energy healing and women-centred perspectives that enriches and expands everything you already know.

Rather than replacing your existing work, it gives you a clear framework that brings greater depth, confidence and coherence to your practice.

The online learning is designed to fit into and around your life.

Each module includes approximately 3-hours of video content on the Levante portal with complimentary content and activities in your Lioness Field Guide.

The 9 month time-frame allows for approximately 3 weeks for each of the 12 modules.

Some women do 1 to 2 hours a week for 3 weeks to complete a module. Others spend a day or two absorbing the content followed by a few weeks to integrate the learning and practice.

And remember, there is weekly live Pride Gathering to meet, collaborate, discuss, and practise with your Lioness sisters.

There is no pressure to keep up with anyone else— life happens, some things take longer than you think. You are encouraged to move through the Pathway in a way that honours your own life and integration.

Life happens—and transformation cannot be rushed.

If you need longer than the suggested timeline, that’s completely okay. We honour the importance of integration and personal growth above deadlines.

Your transformation matters far more than any timeline.

The spiritual principles and energy practices taught within the Lioness Goddess are universal and can benefit everyone. The Lioness Goddess is inclusive and honours every person’s life and unique journey.

However, women have experienced the past five thousand years of patriarchal, male-centred social structures differently from men. Those experiences have shaped our beliefs, our relationships with ourselves, our bodies, our voices and our leadership in unique ways.

The Lioness Pathway program was intentionally designed to address the energetic, psychological and spiritual experiences specific to women. By helping women reconnect with their innate feminine wisdom and restore balance between feminine and masculine energies within themselves, we believe women become more confident, compassionate and authentic leaders—creating the balanced leadership our world so deeply needs.

The beautiful truth is… there isn’t a wrong place to begin.

Each Pathway is complete in itself, while naturally expanding into the next. Everything taught in the Rose-Lion Pathway is included within the Lioness Pathway, and everything taught in both is included within the Levante Pathway.

The Rose-Lion Pathway is a gentle yet powerful introduction to energy healing and inner transformation. Completed in around 12 weeks (90 days), it guides you through deep chakra work, simple yet profound healing techniques, and the teachings of Mary Magdalene and Green Tara as you gently release limiting ego patterns and reconnect with your authentic self.

If you complete the Rose-Lion Pathway and want to continue onto the Lioness Pathway, you will be provided with a scholarship that acknowledges the investment already made.

The Lioness Pathway builds on these foundations, taking you much deeper into advanced energy mastery, ancient wisdom, psychology, women’s healing, and a rich tapestry of Divine Feminine teachings and goddess archetypes.

If you’re unsure where to begin, we’d love to help. Reach out to Kristina for a conversation, and together you’ll discover which Pathway feels right for you.

Many women integrate elements of and skills they have learned in the Lioness into their work and life. Outcomes from the program are unlimited, and unique to the full expression of each woman.

For women graduates who love the Lioness Pathway program itself and feel called to become licensed Lioness Goddess leaders, mentors and teachers—sharing the Lioness Pathway with others, building their own Pride communities and continuing the Lioness ripple of light to dawn the new world – you are very warmly invited to continue into the Levante Leadership Pathway

For many women, it is the natural next step in their journey of leadership and service.

Absolutely! And we encourage it.

The Lioness Rising: The World Needs You Now masterclass is a beautiful opportunity to experience Kristina’s teaching style, explore the philosophy behind the Lioness Goddess and discover whether this journey resonates with you.

It’s the perfect first step if you’d like to experience the heart of the work before enrolling.
